| Srinivas Mahankali |
Mr Srinivas Mahankali is the Managing Director of the company. He is a management Graduate from IIM Bangalore and Alumni of IIT Chennai, has over 16 years of experience in varying capacities in senior management roles. His experience of working with the Indian conglomerates as well as multinationals such as HCL Infosystems, BPL, Godrej, Bausch and Lomb (I) and United Telecoms will enable Virinchi benefit from his widespread experience in business development in the fields of Telecom, consumer durables, Industrial marketing, retail and distribution management in India and overseas. Mr Mahankali’s key focus will be to help Virinchi to introduce new products in India that were very successful in overseas markets

| Anil kumar Pinapala |
Mr. Anil Kumar Pinapala is the Chief Executive Officer of the company. He has vast experience in the information technology industry in both operational and management roles.
Anil is a management graduate from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT), New Delhi and worked briefly with IMRB before joining Virinchi’s Business Development team. Based out of the United States, Anil has emerged as a thought leader in the Micro Lending Domain in the US & UK and has been a key driver of Virinchi’s success in the past few years with acquisition of new customers and successful execution of projects globally. Before being appointed the CEO, Anil headed the North American Sales and Operations of Virinchi and also worked closely with Viswanath for other geographies.

| Srinath Kompella |
Srinath Kompella is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and a whole time director of the company. He has been an integral part of Virinchi since its inception. Srinath has worked with the capacity of sales leader where he was responsible for enterprise sales, consulting, partner program business and quickly moved on to become the Chief Operations Officer. Srinath spent a large part of early career in USA with in Operations, Sales & Marketing and quality control. His has strong exposure to a global and multi cultural work environment, background with sales, strategy and operations are experiences which are helpful to the organization. Srinath handles software development operations with a focus on driving revenue growth and leverage the company’s strengths of innovation, technology, process insight and globalization to further enhance the company's position
Srinath holds a masters degree in management from IPE, Hyderabad and bachelors degree in commerce.

Mr.Viswanath Kompella is an established veteran, innovator and entrepreneurial leader in software development industry. He has over 20 years of experience in the field of software development. His vision and experience in the field of IT helped building Virinchi successfully as per the business model. Mr.Viswanath is an alumni of IIT Madras.

| Dato' Kunasingham Sittampalam |
Dato' Kunasingham Sittampalam is the non-executive independent director of the company. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) and Master of Engineering degrees from Sheffield University, United Kingdom. He has 30 years of Business Experience in the field of software development. He is at present a member of the Harvard Business School Alumni Club of Malaysia. Kunasingham is a Fellow of Institution of Engineers, Malaysia, a registered Professional Engineer, Board of Engineers Malaysia and a Member of the Institution of Highways and Transportation. He is also the director of HSS Intesys Sdn. Bhd, the IT subsidiary of HSS Integrated Group, providing value added services in engineering software, planning and scheduling work.
